I had some initial reservations when first considering purchasing the Revo A (1310-0959) rear shocks for my 2017 H-D Road King, from this US supplier and how they would deal with any problems that could arise, given that I live in the UK. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM LEGEND SUPPORT TEAM. Thank you legend for helping me keep my dream alive and for being honorable as well as looking out for your customers. I Installed them and what a big difference. Not my shocks but a new uupgraded set and a new compressor.
Needed less to say about 2 week after I sent them in I got back 2 brand new shocks. I called them up they said they could fix them and my compressor that I dropped and broke. I didn't have alot of money but did want to ride and needed them fixed. This was a year ago during our covid epidemic when work was scarce. They were great worked good for 13 years no problems till one started leaking at the seal. I had an original pair that got put on the chopper in 2009. I'm giving these guys a top review because there's not alot of companies out there maby 5 out of 100 that go above and beyond to help there customers and stand behind their American made product. Keep up the good work guy’s, it pays to keep your customers happy!įirst off I just want to say THANK You for honoring your word by honoring your warranty. I will certainly look to Legend again should I ever need suspension needs. Chase, Clayton and Jared in their service Dept were extremely helpful in dealing with me.
The care and customer service is mainly why I’m writing today. They’re also hands down better than stock without question. I’m very glad they did because these REVO-A’s are great! I haven’t ridden on them enough at different ride levels to know the difference yet, but they’re by far better solo than the air rides where solo.
Legend revo a upgrade#
They said they don’t have an upgrade program and normally don’t do this, but they made an exception in my case. So I contacted Legend service and asked if I could swap them out for their REVO-A shocks. So the shocks started leaking oil and I sent them back to get repaired. The local dealer I bought them from didn’t explain this to me before I bought them, so it’s mostly on them. If you’re riding 2 up most of the time, the air ride is the way to go, solo riding could be better. I bought the rear air ride shocks and learned there’s a sweet spot for a good ride. My first experience with Legend was not as good as I hoped. I would never buy anything else!!!Buy your suspension from Legend today what a ride!!!!!!!! It’s not hard to assemble just very time come summing you have to pay attention!Some little details you can miss!I am now Legend Complete. I still can’t believe the handling difference.I wouldn’t suggest doing the front unless yourself unless your a semi experienced wrench turner. As a matter of fact I was riding waiting for something to go wrong? It’s that awesome.

I have been riding 30 plus years!I have never had such Performance and Comfort out of any suspension on a bike. A couch on roller coaster wheels.After I spoke and emailed Legend they gave me some personal recommendations.Legend was right on the money I’m a rather large man with a small wife. Its hard to even begin to describe the ride. I am now running a complete legend suspension front and rear.

Update several thousand miles later still Absolutely Amazing best money I ever spent!Great Company quick to respond to any issues long story short if something is wrong with any form of a deal or product they are beyond awesome at reaching out and making sure your taken care off.The product works beyond very well.
